MAKE A DIFFERENCE WITH A CLICK OF THE MOUSE

Hunger is an issue that knows no boundaries. It is a problem that impacts 1 in 6 Americans- about 740,000 Families in Wisconsin. Although milk is one of the most requested items, it is very often the least donated, due to its perishability.

Dairy farmers and milk processors are working together to launch the GREAT AMERICAN MILK DRIVE. The first ever. Simply go to http://www.milklife.com/give or text MILK to 27722 and donate as little as $5.00 to a family in our area.   By entering your zip code, you will ensure a coupon for milk is delivered in our community. Every dollar collected will go to purchase nutritious milk to local families.

The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board is excited to share this information and ensure that every family in America's Dairyland has access to milk!

D.E.S Toy Drive to benefit the Iowa County Empty Stockings Program

The holidays are just around the corner and the students at Dodgeville Elementary School are invited to help with a special project that will support the Iowa County Empty Stockings Program.  Students will have an exciting opportunity to make room for new toys this year by donating gently used and new toys, books, and games to children in our area.  The Empty Stockings Program is much like Toys for Tots, but our donations stay right here in Iowa County helping our friends and neighbors!

Dodgeville Elementary School will host a drop off site for new or “gently used” toys, books, and games for children ages 1–12.  (Please no stuffed animals)  There is a wrapped box outside the office where donations may be placed.

The DES Student Leadership team encourages all students to look through their once loved toys and find one that they would like to share with someone else.  Please make sure that all donations are in “working order” and have all their pieces.

The DES Student Leadership team will be taking donations November 24th  through December 5th.  Please contact Vonee Carmody or Erika Brunson at 935-3307 with any donation questions.

The DES Student Leadership team thanks you for all your support!

The entire staff at the Dodgeville Elementary School

welcomes you to our school!
